CVs of potential candidates are reviewed, assessed, shortlisted and contacted to organize a phone interview.
After a positive phone interview, they will be invited for a face to face-interview (or video interview).
During this competence-oriented interview we will discuss the candidates’ background and experience, will check their short and long term career interests and will share information on the company and position.
After a positive interview, we will send you a candidate report including cv.
If you also see the potential match, we will set up a personal interview in your offices.
If the candidate fits in your organization, you can offer him/her a contract. If not, our search continues until we find the perfect match!
How we work with candidates

Your cv will be reviewed and assessed based on the position requirements. You will be contacted by phone to discuss your application and to check whether there’s a match with the open position.

We write a report based on the interview. This candidate report, together with your cv, will be sent to our client. If our client is interested in your profile, you get to go to the client’s offices for one of more interviews. We will provide you with all information needed to prepare yourself for the interview.
After each interview we will evaluate with you how it went and whether the position and company meet your expectations. Off course we will also provide you with the client’s feedback.
If there’s a match, you will be offered a contract. Congratz, the job is yours! If not, we will continue assisting you in finding a new job.
